Thank you for visiting LogoNation.com.  Our primary focus at LogoNation is community based advertising, and our main product is The Original CommuniTee, a community t-shirt promoting business pride and community spirit in small towns.  We have recently introduced another product, DealTown.com, featuring deals from local businesses. Learn more at DealTown.com.

My wife, Jennifer, and I started LogoNation in the summer of 1998 right after we got married and right before I was to start law school.  Our naïve thinking at the time (well, mostly mine) was that we could get a new business off the ground, while I was in my first year of law school.

During the month or so before law school started, while we were running the business together;  I learned how much fun business could be.  And, I began to dread the thought of starting three more years of school; I realized I wanted to keep working in the business fulltime.  Although I dutifully started law school later that summer, I didn’t even make it through first day.  I left during the middle of orientation, called Jennifer to let her know my decision (to her surprise), and excitedly went back to the office in Hillsborough so I could concentrate on LogoNation.  Thankfully, I’ve never regretted that decision.

Although I never would have predicted my future career would be running a printing and advertising company that promotes small towns.  I thoroughly enjoy it.  Being from one of the most famous small towns in America, Mt Airy, NC (the real town Mayberry was modeled after in the old Andy Griffith show), I suppose it makes sense.

Since those early days LogoNation has had some challenges, but over the last five-six years we have been fortunate to get things on track and to have really grown.  Even in the current difficult economic environment where many companies have struggled, we have experienced double digit growth.  And, with the introduction of our new product and focus on growing our sales team we look forward to continuing that growth.

However, I recognize our continued growth is dependent on maintaining a high degree of professionalism and integrity.  It is critically important to me that people trust doing business with us.   If at any time you feel like we have not conducted ourselves with those values in mind, or if you are just not satisfied with how your experience with LogoNation has gone,  please let me know.  I welcome your feedback and even criticism because I know that is how we will learn and improve.
